RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be in a condition that reflects only necessary handling to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning (as allowed in a physical store).

• Custom-made products, such as personalized jackets, are excluded from returns unless defective.
